Park Chinois

In 2014 we successfully introduced and negotiated the leasehold premises at 17 Berekeley Street, Mayfair, London known today as Park Chinois.

Park Chinois is a luxury Asian restaurant and cabaret created by world famous restauranteur Alan Yau, brainchild behind successful restaurants such as Hakkasan, Yuatcha and Wagamama.

In 2011 on behalf of Novikov Group we successfully negotiated the leasehold assignment of 50 Berkeley Street formally held by Hakkasan Group. Novikov London spans across 18,000+ sqft, consisting of a high end Asian and Italian Restaurant as well as a Lounge Bar.

Novikov is one of the highest grossing restaurants in London and has since become an international phenomenon, with locations in Moscow, Miami, Sardinia, Riyadh, Doha and Turkey.

Sumosan Twiga

In 2016 we successfully acquired the leasehold at 165 Sloane Street, Knightsbridge, London on behalf of Sumosan Twiga.

Sumosan Twiga is a joint partnership collaboration between Sumosan London, a multi-award-winning contemporary Japanese restaurant and Twiga Monaco an Italian cuisine, lounge and bar owned by Flavio Briatore.

In 2017 KPH co-invested and secured the UK Master Franchise of international fast casual chain Wing Stop. Wingstop international consist of over 1000 locations worldwide and is a NASDAQ listed public company.

London marked its first UK debut at 140 Shaftsbury Avenue in the West End and has since successfully expanded across 10 further locations, becoming one of the most popular fast casual chains in the UK.

Criss Cross

Criss Cross is the first fast casual brand which is solely focused around the most famous patisserie “The Croissant”. With a wide variety of choice, from sweet to savoury the aim is to meet the growing demand of exciting food brands in an ever changing global environment.

It was co-created by KPH in 2020, with its first flagship store in Soho London launching Spring/Summer 2021. Criss Cross aims to open multiple locations across the UK with a further global expansion plans.

In 2017 we successfully secured leasehold interest at 44 Blandford Street, Marylebone London formally known as the Tudor Rose Pub. Clarette is a French gastronomic restaurant that spans over 3 floors offering a wide selection of exquisite food and wine list in a splendid Art Deco themed environment.

Clarette is the brainchild of Alexandra Petit-Mentzelpoulos of the Chateau Margaux Family and Natsuko Perromat du Marais, a leading restauranteur, having previously worked with the likes of Alain Ducasse.

Gaia Monaco

In 2017 we successfully secured the leasehold premises for GAIA Restaurant at 15 Galerie Charles III by the Metropole Hotel Monaco. GAIA Monaco is a contemporary award winning Dubai-originated modern Greek-Mediterranean restaurant.

GAIA is the brainchild of Bulldozer group, one of the most successful restaurant and hospitality groups in the UAE owning and operating restaurants under brands such as GAIA, Cipriani, Scalini, and Shanghai Me to name a few.

Existing Brand Entering the Market:
Novikov Restaurant & Bar London

In 2010 through a close personal relationship between our founder and Mr Arkady Novikov (Novikov Group), KPH was instructed to find a suitable location and assist with the set up of its first international flagship Novikov Restaurant in London. Novikov Group has been a leader in the hospitality business for over 29 years and has established over 90 successful conceptual projects with over 120 individual locations.

In 2011, KPH on behalf of Novikov Group have successfully negotiated the leasehold interst of 50 Berkeley Street formally held by Hakkasan Group.

New Hospitality Brand / Concept:
Criss Cross - Croissant Culture

In 2020 during the start of the COVID pandemic, KPH was engaged and has invested in the creation of the new fast casual brand Criss Cross (CrissX), due to launch in spring 2021.

Criss Cross is the first mono product croissant brand with emphasis on re-imaging the most famous patisserie item “the croissant”.

The idea, was to develop a creative and colourful brand, with a wide variety of unique croissant products in a dynamic in store experience serving both sweet and savoury croissants that meet everyone taste and favour.
