Sakhalin is project collaboration with restaurateur Boris Zarkov and Vladimir Mukhin (Top Chefs) from the White Rabbit Family to bring its international modern seafood concept that serves a variety of seafood: shells, crabs, shrimps and fish of the Far East of Russia to the beach of Dubai at J1 La Mer.
