New Hospitality Brand / Concept:
Criss Cross - Croissant Culture
In 2020 during the start of the COVID pandemic, KPH was engaged and has invested in the creation of the new fast casual brand Criss Cross (CrissX), due to launch in spring 2021.
Criss Cross is the first mono product croissant brand with emphasis on re-imaging the most famous patisserie item “the croissant”.
The idea, was to develop a creative and colourful brand, with a wide variety of unique croissant products in a dynamic in store experience serving both sweet and savoury croissants that meet everyone taste and favour.
Project Included
Brand Naming and Concept Development (including Logo, Typography, Tone of Voice and Packaging)
Developing the product and individual menu items
Interior Design direction and concept development
Financial budgeting and fund raising
Identifying suitable flagship location through network of contacts
Establishing suitable corporate structure (inc Bank Accounts) and registration of Trademarks
Coordinating partner contractor to execute flagship construction
Recruitment of suitable personnel
Engaging suitable PR, Marketing and Social Media Partner
Launch of Criss Cross in London with a domestic and international expansion plan.
