Park Chinois is a luxury Asian restaurant and cabaret created by world famous restauranteur Alan Yau, brainchild behind successful restaurants such as Hakkasan, Yuatcha and Wagamama.
In 2011 on behalf of Novikov Group we successfully negotiated the leasehold assignment of 50 Berkeley Street formally held by Hakkasan Group.
Novikov London spans across 18,000+ sqft, consisting of a high end Asian and Italian Restaurant as well as a Lounge Bar.

In 2017 KPH co-invested and secured the UK Master Franchise of international fast casual chain Wing Stop.
Wingstop international consist of over 1000 locations worldwide and is a NASDAQ listed public company.
London marked its first UK debut at 140 Shaftsbury Avenue in the West End and has since successfully expanded across 10 further locations, becoming one of the most popular fast casual chains in the UK.
Criss Cross is the first fast casual brand which is solely focused around the most famous patisserie “The Croissant”.

In 2010 through a close personal relationship between our founder and Mr Arkady Novikov (Novikov Group), KPH was instructed to find a suitable location and assist with the set up of its first international flagship Novikov Restaurant in London. Novikov Group has been a leader in the hospitality business for over 29 years and has established over 90 successful conceptual projects with over 120 individual locations.
In 2011, KPH on behalf of Novikov Group have successfully negotiated the leasehold interst of 50 Berkeley Street formally held by Hakkasan Group.
In 2020 during the start of the COVID pandemic, KPH was engaged and has invested in the creation of the new fast casual brand Criss Cross (CrissX), due to launch in spring 2021.
Criss Cross is the first mono product croissant brand with emphasis on re-imaging the most famous patisserie item “the croissant”.
The idea, was to develop a creative and colourful brand, with a wide variety of unique croissant products in a dynamic in store experience serving both sweet and savoury croissants that meet everyone taste and favour.
